Sherrill Mosee is an engineer-turned-entrepreneur, inventor, and AI educator dedicated to helping people turn ideas into real-world solutions.
She is the founder and designer of MinkeeBlue, a fashion accessories brand created to solve what she calls the “overload bag syndrome.” After years of commuting while juggling multiple bags, Sherrill invented a patented organizational bag featuring a folding interior shelf that separates shoes, lunch, clothing, laptop, and daily essentials. Her innovation earned two utility patents and national recognition. MinkeeBlue has been featured on the Today Show, QVC, and major publications, and she won the live pitch competition America’s Big Deal, securing a $100,000 purchase order that launched the brand into Macy’s.
Sherrill is an alum of the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator and The Workshop at Macy’s, programs that helped refine her retail and fashion business expertise as she grew the brand nationally.
Before entrepreneurship, Sherrill worked as an electrical engineer and later founded the nonprofit Family Care Solutions, which awarded more than $3 million in childcare scholarships to help low-income student-parents complete college degrees.
Her experience mentoring women through product development inspired her to expand into education and technology.
She is also the founder of Forest Park AI (forestparkai.com), where she teaches entrepreneurs, professionals, and everyday learners how to practically use artificial intelligence in business and daily life. In addition, she created LizzyTeach, an AI-powered learning platform designed specifically for beginners who want a clear, approachable way to understand and explore AI through real-world use cases.
