Rachel Ungaro is the Vice President of Buying for All Fashion and Jewelry at QVC ;HSN, where she leads the strategic merchandising vision across Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Handbags, Intimates, and Jewelry. In this role, she is responsible for shaping product direction, driving brand discovery and development, and delivering compelling assortments that align with enterprise wide growth objectives across omnichannel

platforms.

Since joining QVC in 2011 as Director of Contemporary Apparel Merchandising, Rachel has built a reputation as a transformational leader with a keen eye for fashion, talent, and commercial opportunity. She has successfully overseen numerous brands and businesses, accelerating growth through the identification, incubation, and expansion of emerging designers, established fashion authorities, and celebrity brands. Her leadership has been instrumental in scaling several of QVC’s top apparel brands, including LOGO by Lori Goldstein, Susan Graver, Denim & Company, and Kim Gravel.

Rachel has played a critical role in developing and executing strategies for private, exclusive, and celebrity brands, ensuring strong revenue performance while maintaining brand integrity and customer relevance. She sets and delivers short and long term category and brand strategies encompassing product development, financial planning,

and curated omnichannel assortments that resonate with a broad and loyal customer base. A passionate people leader, Rachel leads, coaches, and develops a high performing organization of more than 75 team members across diverse experience levels. She is known for fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous growth through ongoing feedback, thoughtful mentorship, and personalized development plans. Prior to joining QVC Group, Rachel served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager for Casual Sportswear, Accessories, and Costume Jewelry at Fashion Bug. There, she sharpened her expertise in customercentric merchandising,

fashion leadership, and brand positioning—experience that continues to inform her strategic approach today.
