PFI Alumna: Founder, Milano Di Rouge

Hello, I'm Milan Harris (2016 alumna of the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator at Macy’s), also known as Milan Rouge. As the Founder, CEO, and Owner of the luxury streetwear brand Milano Di Rouge, I've built an 8-figure empire from the ground up. Starting with just two shirts and my 2009 Altima Coupe, I drove around Philadelphia selling shirts out of my trunk. Today, Milano Di Rouge is a multi-million-dollar, all-size-inclusive brand, featured on the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Beyond fashion, I founded The Womanaire Club and The Mamanaire Club, empowering boss women and moms with resources and daily

motivational quotes. I've been honored with the NAACP Community and Civic Engagement Award and recognized by Ernst & Young as part of their Entrepreneurial Winning Women Class of 2023 and the 2024 Entrepreneurs Access Network. I've also co-authored "Because of Them: Czar’s Story of Black Inventors and Their Inventions" to educate about Black inventors' contributions. When I'm not leading Milano Di Rouge, you can find me co-founding College Boy Cheesesteaks

in Los Angeles. My journey is a testament to turning dreams into reality, and I’m excited for what lies ahead.
