Jane Winchester Paradis

Founder, Jane Win Jewelry

Jane Winchester Paradis is a dynamic creative force, a seasoned designer, and a brave entrepreneur who made the bold decision to venture out on her own. Jane refers to herself as an east-coast nomad; born in New England, raised in Georgia, attending boarding school in Massachusetts, college in Florida and then starting her career in fashion in New York City.

Jane’s “training” came by way of some incredible female bosses—with early mentors at Adrienne Vittadini, Calvin Klein, and Barneys New York, where she honed her expertise in product creation, marketing, and public relations.

She carved her path in the fashion and accessories business. In 1998, Jane launched her first line of accessories, Buzz by Jane Fox, which was sold in over 100 retailers across the country over the course of 10 years. Her expertise and passion caught the attention of Lilly Pulitzer, prompting her to move to Philadelphia and lead the brand’s accessories collection.

During her 12-year tenure at Lilly, Jane launched handbags, jewelry and footwear. She became Fashion Director, setting the tone for the brand’s themes, color palettes and print designs. Later, as Senior Vice President of Creative Communications and Marketing, Jane led the brand through the evolving digital marketing landscape, connecting with consumers through Lilly's iconic artistic prints and building major collaborations, including the highly successful Lilly for Target collection. Which remains today one of the fastest selling collaborations in Target’s history. It was here at Lilly Pulitzer that Jane developed her skills for building and managing a business, as a member of the Executive Leadership Team under two reputable mentors.

After attending the 2017 Women’s March in Washington, D.C. with her daughters, Jane was inspired to create something entirely her own—something that would connect deeply with women everywhere. With a strong foundation in the fashion and accessories industries and the support of her family, she launched Jane Win Jewelry in December 2017. Her brand, born from a passion for meaningful design and empowering women, draws from the coin jewelry of the early 20th century, particularly the Roma people of Europe who used jewelry as a method of carrying their wealth.

Jane’s vision was to celebrate life’s richest experiences, not just material wealth. Each pendant in the Jane Win collection represents a milestone, a physical reminder of the moments that make us who we are. These coins mark an occasion and offer the gift of something to hold on to – a physical reminder of a memory, event or just a talisman of the feeling that we need. Around this core coin collection, Jane has developed a full line of semi-fine and fine jewelry connected to these themes.

Jane now lives just outside of Philadelphia with her husband, affectionately nicknamed “Mr. Jane Win,” and five children. She continues to build her brand and inspire women everywhere to celebrate their own life milestones with a Jane Win piece.
