James Gaillard is an executive creative leader and the director of Fashion Trends and Lifestyle at the QVC Group. With over 20 years of experience in luxury retail and the fashion industry, James has been recognized for his exceptional ability to ideate and deliver groundbreaking brand experiences worldwide.

James' journey began in NYC at the age of 17, when he landed a junior designer role at the award-winning design studio, DDC. Since then, he has remained dedicated to helping brands craft memorable experiences, collaborating with renowned names such as Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, Saks 5th Avenue, Barney’s New York, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Under Armour, and Benetton.

His work has been featured in prominent fashion magazines including Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, GQ, Elle, and Esquire. James has also played a significant role in shaping runway shows in Milan, London, and Moscow. His commitment to innovation has earned him a spot as a judge for the Le Book connection awards in Berlin and London.

As the former director of International Creative Services at Ralph Lauren, James was instrumental in driving the global expansion of new brand concept environments and experiences across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia.

Beyond his professional achievements, James is passionate about mentoring students and emerging creatives. He is currently focused on helping brands articulate their vision through elevated brand campaigns across social, e-commerce, and live shopping platforms.
