Tiffani McDonough Solomon is the Director, Senior Counsel, Employment & Litigation for Louis Vuitton where she manages all domestic and international employment matters and general litigation in the Americas region. She provides employment and compliance counseling to Louis Vuitton Americas' operations, including all corporate offices, workshops and retail locations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. Additionally, she serves as the Senior Employment Counsel for Berluti LLC. She also oversees the Louis Vuitton Legal Externship Program. In 2019, she received the Rising Star in Luxury Law Award from the New York Luxury Law Summit. She has authored numerous articles, book chapters and educational materials and regularly lectures on fashion law issues. Most recently, she was a contributing author to The Business and Law of Fashion and Retail (Carolina Academic Press, 2020) (new edition forthcoming 2025). She is a Member of the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (PVLA) and an Advisory Board Member of the Luxury Law Alliance. She is also the Fashion Law Adjunct Professor at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She received her B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University and her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, Jared Solomon, and daughter, Charlotte.
